Tata Communication and Ooredoo Qatar launch an IPX+ enabled network

Tata Communications has partnered with Ooredoo Qatar to launch an IPX+ enabled network in the Middle-East.
Ooredoo Qatar will access the network to offer clients multiple data transport alternatives over a converged IP network for supporting various services across networks.
The network supports a combination of services, including voice-over IP exchange and messaging, etc.
